Workshops teaching parents/family members/carers with children/adults with complex needs or communication issues a simple reflexology routine for the hands and feet. I will be using the simple, structured and repetitive touch therapy, Rainbow Relaxation Routine which you can use on your children/adults in the comfort of their own home.
